Welcome to Olala MAD Apartment 1C, a modern designed apartment for up to 4 guests, located in the Puente de Vallecas’ neighbourhood, at a short 3-minute walk to Nueva Numancia Metro Station, in Madrid. Home of the most celebrated Spanish writer Cervantes, and home to three treasures declared humanity heritage, the district is rich in both history and culture. Supermarkets, bars, and tasty local restaurants are just around the corner.
With accents of colour and functional decor, the accommodation is arranged with a sofa-bed with capacity for 2 people, a dining area and a flat-screen TV to enjoy your evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or a quick bite. This includes a refrigerator, a freezer, a microgrill, a stovetop, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils and the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom comes with a shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer included. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning with a split-type ductless system for hot air are provided. There is also a washing machine and an iron included. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.
Olala MAD Apartment 1C is an easy metro ride to El Retiro Park (25 minutes) and Paseo del Prado Boulevard (30 minutes). Other points of interest we recommend include Puerta del Sol, accessible in a direct 25-minute metro ride, and the Royal Palace of Madrid (30-minute metro ride). The largest transportation hub in Madrid, Atocha Station, is also just 5 metro stops from here.
