Pas mal excentré du centre ville de Barcelone, ce qui au final est un avantage pour se reposer convenablement après une longue journée en ville. L'appartement est bien équipé, il y a de quoi faire à manger si besoin est, la climatisation est un confort non négligeable, les lits quant à eux sont spacieux et confortables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécier le balcon qui permet de se détendre un peu au soleil. Le quartier est un peu bruyant mais on s'y sent bien. Il y a une plage à 15 minutes de marche, le métro (L4) est lui aussi à 15 minutes, sinon le Tramway est à 2 minutes de l'appartement. Il est possible de garé un véhicule dans la rue si on a un peu de chance (gratuit), le cas échéant il y a un parking souterrain qui lui est payant.
