The Lavapiés neighbourhood is known for its lively atmosphere and diverse culture. You'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars just steps away from the studio. Additionally, the location offers easy access to many of Madrid's top tourist destinations. Parque del Retiro is just a 7-minute drive away, while Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are within an 11-minute walk each. You can also visit Museo Nacional del Prado which is also accessible by foot, with just an 18-minute walk.
